You may return any item purchased on veyra.com.kw within 14 days  of the delivery date, We do not offer refunds on cash ,  nor do we refund delivery charges.

In case of a manufacturing defect:

• Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order
• Clear photos of the issue must be provided
• The item will be exchanged or store credit will be issued after review
